Can we have a sample before we place an order?
Yes, you can get a sample which can be free for you if the sample is available from our stock. The sample cost will be charged if you need a customized logo or design. Courier fees are to be paid by the requester.
How about the time for the sample and mass production?
Stock samples are ready within 2 days. Customized samples take 7 days with available moulds. General mass production lead time is 30 days, depending on quantity and specific requirements.
How to pay the order and what are the payment terms?
Payments can be made via company bank account for large orders, or PayPal/Western Union for small orders. Terms are typically Advanced T/T or 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment.
How do you control the product quality?
QC teams perform in-line and final inspections for each product according to AQL standards. A detailed inspection report is provided for approval before shipping.
What is the shipping method and arrival time?
Large orders are suggested via sea (approx. 30 days) or air (approx. 7 days). Small orders/samples are sent via couriers like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx (3-5 days).
How to deal with faulty products?
Our defective rate is less than 3‰ due to strict production control. For any defective products, we will provide replacements or discuss a mutually agreeable solution.
