1. Can we have a sample before we place an order?
Yes, you can get a sample which can be free if available from our stock. For customized logos or designs, a sample cost will apply. Courier fees are to be covered by the customer.
2. How about the time for samples and mass production?
Stock samples are ready within 2 days. Customized samples with existing molds take about 7 days. Bulk production generally takes 30 days, depending on the quantity and item specifications.
3. What are the payment terms?
We accept company bank transfers for large orders, and Paypal or Western Union for small orders or sample charges. Terms are generally 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
4. How do you control product quality?
Our QC team performs in-line and final inspections for every product according to AQL standards. A detailed inspection report is provided for approval before shipping.
5. How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
Large orders are typically shipped by sea (approx. 30 days) or air (approx. 7 days). Small orders or samples are sent via DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx, arriving in 3-5 days.
6. How do you deal with faulty products?
Our defective rate is kept under 3‰ due to strict production controls. For any defective products, we will either send replacements or discuss a mutual solution.
