Can we have a sample before we place an order?

Yes, you can get a sample which can be free for you if it is available from stock. Sample costs apply for customized logos or designs. Courier fees are to be paid by the recipient.

How about the time for sample and mass production?

Stock samples are ready within 2 days. Customized samples with existing moulds take 7 days. Bulk production generally takes 30 days depending on quantity and item requirements.

How to pay for the order and what are the payment terms?

Payment can be made via bank account for large orders, or via PayPal/West Union for small orders and sample charges. Terms are advanced T/T or 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment.

How do you control product quality?

Our QC performs in-line and final inspections for each product according to AQL standards. Defective products are sorted out, and a detailed inspection report is provided before shipping.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

Large orders are suggested by sea (approx. 30 days) or air (approx. 7 days). Small orders or samples are sent via courier (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx) taking 3-5 days to arrive.

How do you deal with faulty products?

Our defective rate is less than 3‰. For any defective products, we will either send new replacements or find a mutually discussed solution.
