1. Can we have a sample before we place an order?
Yes, stock samples can be provided for free. For customized logos or designs, a sample cost applies. Courier fees are to be covered by the customer.
2. How long does sample and mass production take?
Stock samples ship within 2 days. Customized samples take about 7 days. Bulk production generally takes 30 days depending on the quantity and specific item requirements.
3. What are the payment terms?
We accept advanced T/T or a 30% deposit with the 70% balance due before shipment. Small orders can be processed via PayPal or West Union.
4. How is product quality controlled?
QC teams perform in-line and final inspections based on AQL standards. Detailed inspection reports are provided for approval prior to shipping.
5. What are the shipping methods?
Large orders are typically shipped by sea (approx. 30 days) or air (approx. 7 days). Small orders/samples are sent via couriers like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx (3-5 days).
6. How are faulty products handled?
Our defective rate is strictly controlled below 3‰. For any faulty items, we offer replacements or mutually discussed solutions.
